Concealer is one of those makeup products that you really love or hate to use. You love it because it can really brighten your face and erase dark circles. You may hate it because you have trouble using it correctly.
"Less is more" is the best approach with concealer! Starting with light layers and blending out with a flat brush is one technique that can give you a very natural look. You can also use a beauty blender or even your finger but the key thing to do is add as little as possible and layer. You can work your way up to the coverage you want but if you add a lot initially, you risk the concealer looking cakey and heavy. Also, set lightly with powder. Avoid "baking" and using a lot of powder if you have dry and/or mature skin as you can look dryer and enhance fine lines with a lot of powder in that area. Also, try setting with a setting spray on a wedge sponge. This technique will reduce the powder appearance and set your concealer all day.
